Dataview delays

For a week now, my station has only been visible in Dataview with varying delays. Can we expect this situation to stabilize at some point?

I think it’s affecting data on the FDSN server as well.

I have the same problem, and it looks like it’s close to exactly 12 hour delayed, based on my screen shot time and the time shown on the graph axes.

Yes, there have been server-side delays due to an issue on Sunday and into yesterday. The data center supporting our servers had problems that prevented access to their clients’ servers, including ours.

We have a dedicated Twitter account that updates all our Shakers on any issues and the current server status. We recommend following (or bookmarking it) for up-to-date reporting on any server issues that may be affecting Shake data transmission:

As of now, delays should not occur anymore. However, if they still do, please report them here on the forum.

Data View and Station View are again offline for hours.

Our team got to work and fixed this unexpected issue, with our servers operating normally again.

Eventual data that may not be available on our online services is, however, still present locally on your Shake.
