I would like to know the reason why Data Producer (sometimes Data consumer too) is continuously turning off even after multiple times of reboot. Power is stable

It’s difficult to pinpoint a precise cause for this with the information we have available now. Could I please ask you to:
- Shut down the Shake
- Disconnect power and LAN cables, wait for 5 minutes
- Reconnect LAN and power cables (in this order) and turn on the Shake again
- Wait for the next time the
Data Producergoes OFF, then download the logs from the Shake and attach them to your next answer?
Having a log set just after (or, in any case, after a fresh restart + the OFF event happening again) could provide more data for us to check out.
