Hi all,
just acquire a brand new RS3D.
I’ve followed the Quick-start-guide and all went smoothly up to the connection. If I understand correctly, once I’ve actived the Send Data option it should open somewhere a window with the option to log in to the server. But aside some quick flash of something in the browser screen, such option did not appear.
Any idea how to fix this? attached are an image of the browser screen (rs.local) and the current logs.

looking at the log files, your unit is timing out when trying to make a connection to the Shake server.
in the first instance, please have a look at the following page in the manual discussing the firewall requirements in order to successfully connect to the servers.

when all firewall settings are confirmed to be configured properly, and the connection issue continues to be unresolved, please post again to this thread.
