Hello, my school got me 2 Raspberry Shakes and one of them connected to wifi just fine. The other won’t. I am unable to get the credentials to clear. I cannot attach with an ethernet to the router, so connecting to wifi is the only option. What can I do?

When you try to authenticate with the not-connecting Shake, do you get a specific message or just a “password error”?
Also, are you using the onboard WiFi or an external WiFi dongle/USB stick?
Are you able to reach “rs.local/” for further configuration? There are a couple of things we could try.
