Hi Pros, I don’t know if you met this trouble before. I work with my remote RS3Ds through ssh for several years, while download daily data through sftp. Everything is fine, but currently I can’t access my every Shakes through putty, but sftp still work perfectly. I have no idea what’s going on. These two ways work through the same ssh port, right? I can log into sftp, that means IP, port, PW are all correct. I just can’t access my Shakes through putty using the same setting. Do I miss something, after some unknown upgrades?

Does Putty give you some specific error when you try to connect, or just a generic “could not reach IP” message?
Yes, the connection specifications should be the same as far as I remember, so we need to investigate a bit.
Could you download the content of the /opt/log directory via sftp, zip it, and send it to me? We could check if everything on the Shake is working as expected.
