Cannot log on to RS

I regularly log on and for the past two days I cannot log on and look at my traces. I am AM.ROBBA
the system is telling me I have not installed the software yet?
Can you help please. This is a mystery as all has been working fine

When you say “log in”, do you mean on our ShakeNet portal, rs.local/, or somewhere else?

Can you please post a screenshot (or a copy/paste) of the error that appears to you, so I can help you better? Thank you!

Thank you for your prompt reply, Yes when I log on to , rs.local/ I also have RS boom & Shake under RS.2-Local also no display. attached are two screen dumps, showing me logged on and looking at the Tech support page, the other the , rs.local/ see the red Dot at the top RH corner where the log on symbol usually shows me. It thinks I am logged on, when i hover over it, but no display, see the 2nd screen dump. Thank you for your help.

I am also having this same issue with ShakeNet

Thank you so much for taking the time to do these additional tests and report your feedback to us.

I was able to replicate the issue on my side, and I’ve opened a ticket for our server team so they can go and check everything.

I will update you when a fix is in place.

I’m having exactly the same problem. Cannot login, cannot update my profile, my screens look exactly like the ones from Matt.


this problem should be resolved now.
