BUG - FDSNWS query builder

Hi,

Just to let you know that FDSNWS query builder as a bug on link construction in the start and end time. Time must be YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00 and now is like YYYY-MM-DDT00 00 00.
By the way I’m the owner of REE1E and I’m astonished with the performance of the sensor and notice that I’m geophysicist.
