BOOM not appearing online when all status looks good

My Raspberry Boom Station (AM.R5162) will not appear as online in any of the Apps or Websites even though direct connection shows all good status:

Data Producer : ON
Data Consumer : ON
Stand-Alone : OFF
Data Forwarding : ON
Server Connection : Connected
System Time : 2020-05-13 16:53:29 UTC

Disk Usage : 38% Used – 4607Mb Available
CPU Temp : 62 C / 143 F
Uptime : 0 Days 0 Hours 51 Minutes

I have tried a Save & Reboot…which worked fine, but still not showing up as online in any of the maps, checking My Stations on the websites shows that R5162 is listed but still shows “Station offline”. Similarly, none of the maps show an icon at my location.

Any help would be appreciated. (One quick question, should I Enable Static IP in the Network Settings? It is currently not enabled).

it happens sometimes that CTRL-F5 in your browser window can definitelyl help.

Thanks! It does appear there now…although I had repeatedly refreshed the view before with no luck. It still shows up as offline when using the ShakeNet Dashboard page, but that is not as big of a problem, I guess.
