I’m using Google Chrome Versión 73.0.3683.103 (Build oficial) (64 bits) on Linux and depending on the window size, some buttons appear, dissapear or are cut. There is no horizontal scoll bar at least I have experienced this in Profile page.

agreed, chrome is weird.
firefox is behaving somewhat better in this regard, but also exhibits some questionable results.
this will be marked and investigated to produce more user-friendly results.
