Authentifications failed Raspberry Shake

Hello,
Authentification is fine for Shakenet on my lactop, or on my IPad. But when I want to use RaspberryShake downloaded fromm the AppleStore, the login seems to be wrong : “authentifications failed, the username/password combination was not valid, please try again.”

Hello Matthieu,

Have you tried by uninstalling, reinstalling the ShakeNet App on your iPad and trying to login again? Do you meet the same issue?

If that is the case, I will then open a ticket for our app team, and they will take a look at it.

Yes, I try to uninstall, and then reinstall Shakenet. But no way, i meet the same issue.

Ok, I try today “My Shake” on IPad, and it’s working fine.
