I live in Panama in a very active area. I occasionally see signatures at my station (RE9F3) and one 50Km away (R038E) that appear to be quakes but don´t show up on the University of Panama list or even other stations further away. Could these be very local quakes?

Indeed, those two waveforms show an earthquake (probably the same one, given how close in time they appear). And also yes, it’s highly possible that, being a very local event, it isn’t shown in the standard agencies’ outputs.
The trace on your Shake (RE9F3) is actually the clearest between the two, with a distinct P (the first, at around 01:57:38 UTC) and S (the second, at around 01:57:42 UTC) arrivals on the waveform, and a more distinguishable shape on the spectrogram. Almost textbook-like, I’d say.
Thanks for the confirmation. I see quite a few of these and we are in an active area. The nearest Raspberry Shake to mine is 44Km away and rarely show up.
