App Connection Timeout- No Data Feed

Hello Shakers! Happy New Year…

Woke up this morning to no data/connection timeout on the ShakeNet App. My station only, it appears. Other stations I follow seem fine. I rebooted the Shake to no effect. It’s getting a data feed from my router. When I go to HTTP://rs.local/, everything is fine. Also, I get live feed from the dataview. So the station seems fine on the Internet side.

I cleared the cache, and rebooted my phone. Nothing. I also went into the rs.local settings and turned off and on forward data. So, everything seems fine but the app does not report any data. Curiously, it appears to have stopped receiving data at precisely midnight local time?

Any suggestions?

There was a minor server-side issue that caused what you described. It has now been fixed, and all services are back to normal.

Thanks for the update! I wondered about that as the most likely issue, but it seemed only to affect my app. It’s all good now.
