Alaska - Which Shake to Buy?

I’m up in Alaska, Wasilla to be specific, and we have a lot of small quakes under 5 on a fairly regular basis. I’m not sure which If the RS3D would be overwehelmed as the comparison of 3 and 4 seems to be based on active quakes, but it does not say what size and how often.

I’m in a residential neighborhood with no major highway or construction nearby. A 2 lane artery road is a 1/2 mile away.

The wife is a geologist turned accountant and is still a quake geek. Any recommendation on the RS3D vs RS4D?
