3D All-weather enclosure geophone holders broken

Hi. I am using three all-weather enclosures for Raspberry shake 3D.

After several months, I found out all three of them have their geophone holders broken (see the attached picture) due to stress.

Is this a known issue? I was wondering what I can do about this.

Another thing, is the drawing here (raspberryShake-public / raspShake-enclosure · GitLab) compatible with the all-weather enclosure?

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. We recently replaced the holder material so that it doesn’t break like this anymore. I will contact you directly with details so that we can send you new ones.
