Hello, I really want to know how do I get notifications (Via Messages or other messaging service) from my Raspberry Shake detecting a Shake. Also the messaging service is only for the 4D?

The Shakes themselves do not have an alert function, that is, that will send out a message when it detects a quake.
You can however use our RSUDP software, which is free (all the documentation is here: rsudp 1.0.1 — rsudp documentation) to create tweets/telegram messages (or even code your own module!) when the Shake will detect an earthquake.
Some users, like this one (RaspberryShake as HomeKit earthquake sensor) have programmed such a response for their Smart Home, so you can also check their code.
