Ok. Something is definitely up here. Can you reboot the unit, wait 10 minutes, and then download and send the logs again?
Also, is the subnet of your local network 192.168.1.x? If so, the network mask should read 255.255.255.0 instead of 255.255.0.0 as it does now. When you set a static IP, did you play around with the DHCP settings at all?
