Please let me know why my connection failed between the hours of 11am-12:30pm cst. I show that everything was connected on my end. However, there were no recordings when an event occurred +/- 12:05 pm on 8/17/22.

Try looking at a few other stations. You will see that they all had the same problem. Looks like an issue with the R-Shake server.

Yes, there has been a temporary issue with the server data transmission that has been corrected as soon as possible.
