Swarm missing stations

using swarm 2.8.11 and conmnecting to caps.raspberryshakedata.com I can see all the waveform data but I have lost all of teh station lables on teh map ? is swarm supposed to pick these up from the caps server or do we need to add tehm maniually n a config file ?
