Station not online AM.R7560

Hi,

I’ve installed my 1D and made sure it has internet connectivity, dns resolution and it even shows up in “My Shakes”. Yet the station is marked as offline, I’ve noticed that this has been an issue for others and required some manual intervention by shakenet staff.

Station id is. AM.R7560

Hello Jón, welcome to the community!

Could you please send us the logs from your Shake, just for the sake of having the complete picture of what could be happening?

In case you don’t know or don’t remember how to do it, they are downloadable from the Raspberry Shake’s web configuration page, accessible entering the rs.local (or the Shake IP) address in your browser, then by clicking on the “Download Logs” button.

Thank you.

Thank you,

I can see the station is now online and I see the waveform on My Shakes site. But it’s not available on the Station view.

Jón

hi jón,

thanks for the logs. the issue is server-side, something we continue to look into.

in the meantime, your station is online in stationview

cheers,

Thanks for that,
I see it in the station view now.

Is the app still not updating its station list, or is that on a scheduled update?

Jón

Also. It’s probably the same issue for AM.RBDCF. I purchased that and configured for a friend. Its operational but not on stationview.

Jón

Hello Jón,

The station is now online and streaming both on StationView here RS StationView and on the ShakeNet app.

Enjoy!
