Station not connecting on Station View, ShakeNet and neither My Shake

Hello, my station R69E9 shows that its not connected to the Webtools and I reset it several times.
Its been down for 26 hours since I moved places and when I connected my Shake it was a success!
But now this happened

Hello jboutet,

If you can connect to your unit in your local network, could you please post the logs from your Shake? In this way, we can take a deeper look at what could be causing this problem.

In case you don’t remember how to do it, they are downloadable from the Raspberry Shake’s web configuration page, accessible entering the rs.local (or the Shake IP) address in your browser, then by clicking on the “Download Logs” button.

Thank you.

Hello again,

I can see that the station is now streaming fine to our servers, here: RS StationView

Evidently there was some kind of connectivity issue after you moved it that took some time to solve itself. From the logs it appears that we have communication, but before that, the Shake could not find a proper DNS server. As said, it seems that now everything works fine.

Thank you. Previosly I think this is because of the router.

Hello again, my Raspberry Shake is down once again, the same features are disconnected.

Hello jboutet16,

Again, I would need the logs from your Shake to try to understand what is going on with the connection, since it seems that the issue is centered around that factor.

Thank you.

I am so sorry. I forgot! Well once again here are my logsRSH.R69E9.2021-04-15T20_07_09.logs.tar (2.8 MB)

No problem, and thanks for the new logs. From them, nothing appears out of place, except for some time where the connection was not available but was available again afterwards.

In fact, the station is again transmitting correctly to our servers: RS StationView
