Server Connection, Not Connected

Hello,

I’ve been noticing issues with my RShake for a few weeks now. Today I tried to download data and the download speeds were slow. I troubleshooted as always but the issue persisted and I noticed that I had no connection to the server. Tried forgetting and reconnecting to the WiFi network, changing the IP to static, changing the DNS, etc. When accessing through the SSH I found two different IP addresses for the RShake, that’s why I tried setting the static IP.

Here you have the logs to my device, as I’ve seen it done on other threads.

Thank you for posting the logs from your Shake.

They confirm what you have found, with lines showing that (at least during the booting phase) the Shake is

2024 328 03:56:03: Unable to resolve hostname 'raspberryshake.net', most likely no DNS server available
2024 328 03:56:03: No internet connection found

However, I have seen that your Shake is currently online and transmitting live data to our network, with no interruption since a larger one on November 23rd.

Do you still require assistance, or have you solved the issue over the weekend?
