Is it possible to set UTC as the time base? Also, is it possible to do real time filtering?

Thank you for your suggestions! We are already working to swap the time zones and set UTC as the base, with the local time as a secondary reference.
Real-time filtering is something that we want to add too and it will possibly be available in the final version when we exit from the Beta.
