Raspberry Shake Sensor Output

This is the output I received from the sensor that I have,

Can someone please help me understand what these numbers mean? Even a reference would suffice.

I want to be able to simulate this output for a research study. To do that, I need to know what the individual data points mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this is the actual output from one of our Shake. From the channels that you have posted (EHZ and HDF) I see that this is a Shake and Boom model.
