Not visible on Shakenet -AM.RC43F

Hi

I have just set up my Raspberry Shake and while in the configuration tell me I am online , and I see it identified as a new station on Shakenet, it is not visible on Shakeview. Also when viewed in My Shake on Shakenet it says it is offline. Can you help?

I can also confirm seeing it on the ShakeApp, live and streaming data.
