I have recently installed an Inyo FBV on an RJAM (RA7E6) using the EHZ channel for the Signal A O/P and EHE channel for Signal B O/P in single ended 16bit mode. This long period seismometer is located in an appropriate underground vault. Could you suggest an alternate configuration which may yield a better response. Signal A provides lots of sensitivity and Signal B looks more like what I’m used to seeing (counts) with short period seismometers. Is there a better way to use the Inyo FBV instrument with this digitiser?
