thanks for sending along the log files(!), but unless you would like to pay for tech support, we are unable to go bug hunting when we know nothing of the nature of the problem you imply exists.
in order to get the attention of debuggers, it is quite necessary to provide as much background information as you can possibly muster, beginning with a full description of the problem as you are experiencing it.
even better is to describe all the ways in which you attempted to overcome the problem yourself before having to resort to relying on the kindness of strangers. this demonstrates, very importantly, that you too are willing to help us in whatever way you can to bring the problem to a happy resolution.
