Could you please let me why my sensor is not getting connected to the server? I have tried the reboot and forward on and off. Still,RSH.R859A.2022-02-22T22_07_34.logs.tar (3.4 MB) the server connection is unticked. Please help.

You have data connection turned off.
This is what you need to change:
Click the Forward Data button to turn it off, then again to turn it on, then the “Save and Restart” button.
It should connect after 30 seconds or so – at least, that is how it works for me.
Thank you for the logs that you have posted. It seems that the
stand-alone mode has been activated for this unit, and that is why the Shake cannot connect to our network.

Please navigate to
Actions icon high on the left, then
ACTION tab, and click the
TURN STAND-ALONE OFF button. After the process has ended your Shake should be able to connect.
