Could not connect to the server

Could you please let me why my sensor is not getting connected to the server? I have tried the reboot and forward on and off. Still,RSH.R859A.2022-02-22T22_07_34.logs.tar (3.4 MB) the server connection is unticked. Please help.

You have data connection turned off.

This is what you need to change:

Click the Forward Data button to turn it off, then again to turn it on, then the “Save and Restart” button.
It should connect after 30 seconds or so – at least, that is how it works for me.

Thank you for the logs that you have posted. It seems that the stand-alone mode has been activated for this unit, and that is why the Shake cannot connect to our network.

Please navigate to rs.local/, then Actions icon high on the left, then ACTION tab, and click the TURN STAND-ALONE OFF button. After the process has ended your Shake should be able to connect.

If not, please follow the instructions in the message by Philip above me.
